Full-time employees working 32 - 40 hours per week and part-time employees working 20 - 31 hours per week are eligible for benefits. Benefits for new employees are effective the first of the month following 30 full days of employment.
All elections are in effect for the entire plan year and can only be changed during open enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event.
